We always do our best to accommodate our customers’ delivery needs. However, we are not always able to guarantee delivery at a specific time of day, especially during busy holiday periods. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. Before major holidays, we strongly recommend that you place your orders several days in advance.
In most areas, orders placed as late as 1p.m. in the recipient's time zone can usually be delivered that day (earlier times may apply to some areas and at holidays). Saturday and Sunday deliveries are available in some areas for orders placed by 11a.m. in the recipient's time zone. If you are unsure, please call us.
Taxes are based on prevailing rates in the area of our store location.Dance Flowers are available to pick up Fridays 10-4 when Friday is the specified day of pickup. Saturday specified pick ups will be available for pick up 10-2. Please specify if a special pick up time is needed.- Funeral Arrangements

Funeral arrangements typically require additional lead-time. If your sympathy or funeral order requires delivery at a specific time of day, please try to let us know several days in advance so we can best accommodate your needs. Sunday deliveries may not always be available.
- Delivery to Local Schools
- There are a few new policies in our local schools due to high volume of deliveries to students. They will no longer deliver directly to students, but instead will call them down to pick up in the office. Most times the student will not receive any delivery until school is out for the day. Also, there is a policy in place that latex balloons will no longer be accepted dure to student allergies and the fact that if the helium escapes it sets off the alarm and the school is evacuated. Please contact any school before placing and order.
- Delivery to Hospitals

We are experienced at making deliveries to hospitals. When placing your order, please be sure to include the hospital name and telephone number, the name of the recipient and room number or ward of the recipient. We will send your gift bouquet in accordance with facility procedures, as most hospitals do not allow florists to personally deliver to individual rooms. Please note that many ICU patients are not permitted to receive flowers. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. Please be advised that the hospitals will not accept any latex balloons due to allergies.

If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your gift bouquet, please note them in the Special Delivery Instructions field during checkout. In all other cases, if the recipient is not at home when we attempt a delivery, we will either:
- Call the recipient to schedule an appropriate delivery time
- Leave a note on the recipient's door asking them to contact the florist to schedule a delivery time
- Leave the arrangement in a covered, secure area of the home (porch, garage, or other entrance)
- Leave the gift bouquet with a neighbor and place a message on the recipient's door with this information

Occasionally, substitutions of flowers or containers are necessary due to temporary, regional availability issues. If this is the case with the gift you've selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal or higher value./span>

To provide you with the best possible service, you can cancel your order at anytime prior to delivery. If your gift is en route or delivered, we will be unable to cancel the order. To cancel an order, please call our store. Unfortunately, if we have order special flowers for your order, we can not cancel the order once we have taken possession of the flowers. Please contact us before so we can have a chance to cancel the order from our wholesaler in time.
